1. Overview These Terms & Conditions govern your use of azamandcompany.com and any advisory engagement with Azam & Co., based in Karachi, Pakistan.
2. Services Azam & Co. provides growth advisory services to founders and CEOs. The scope, duration, and fee of each engagement is agreed upon individually prior to commencement of work. No fixed packages or standardized service menus are offered.
3. Fees & Payment Fees are agreed upon before each engagement begins. Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. All fees are quoted and payable in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. No Refund Policy All payments made to Azam & Co. are non-refundable. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We encourage all prospective clients to have an initial conversation before committing to an engagement.
5. Confidentiality Azam & Co. treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share, disclose, or use your business information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed advisory services.
6. Intellectual Property All strategies, frameworks, and documents produced by Azam & Co. during an engagement are delivered for the client’s use. Azam & Co. retains the right to use generalized learnings and methodologies across other engagements without disclosing client-specific information.
7. Limitation of Liability Azam & Co. provides advisory services based on experience and best judgment. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or business results. Our liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant engagement.
8. Independent Contractor Azam & Co. operates as an independent advisory firm. Nothing in any engagement shall be construed as an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
